Mike began his career as an analyst for Fingerhut’s TV division, USA Direct, which became one of the largest infomercial producers in the early 90s. While there, he developed systems that more effectively tracked media spending through USA Direct's various media buying agencies. In 1993, he was promoted to media director and stayed in that position until he left Fingerhut to co-found Cornerstone Media Group with Don Epstein in 1995.

At CMG, he has held the title of managing director for the last fourteen years. In that position, he heads the finance, accounting and operations, and IT portions of CMG as well as CSTV. He is also on the board of directors, which approves and implements all major strategic decisions of the companies.

Don has been in the general advertising industry for over twenty-six years and has specialized in the DR industry for the past sixteen years. He has held several prominent positions in finance and administrations at such companies as the CBS TV Network, WCBS Newsradio 88 in New York, and WNYW Fox 5 in New York. But it was at Fingerhut’s subsidiary, USA Direct, where Don, then the VP of Media and New Business Development, met Mike Clark.

As managing director of CMG, he is responsible for all client services—including advertiser relations as well as affiliate sales-media relations—and the new business development portions of both CMG and CSTV. As a member of the board of directors, he is instrumental in all major strategic decisions, including new business development, for the companies.

Aubrey Wilson

Aubrey began her career in the media industry with Cornerstone in 1999. She is responsible for managing and monitoring all client services and marketing activities. As such, she develops and maintains new and current relationships with all our marketing clients. She also oversees the operational setup of product and distribution to our media outlets, including the management of all operations with telemarketing agencies and dub houses.  Prior to coming to CMG, Aubrey’s background was in restaurant management.

In 2002, Chad began his career at Cornerstone as an affiliate sales representative. He then moved into a sales management position before becoming the director of affiliate sales for CMG’s spot and long-form Direct response division. As such, he oversees the division’s distribution and new business development. With his team, he is always striving to develop new service capabilities that will better serve our clients. Previous to CMG, he spent more than a year at IKON Office Solutions as an account executive, selling document solutions, before then moving into a named account executive role. 

Bill Howard

Bill joined Cornerstone in 2003 in a new role, created to manage and grow the CornerStoreTV Network. In that position, Bill manages and develops the CornerStoreTV brand and all CSTV customer relations. He is also responsible for negotiating distribution and carriage agreements with cable companies, satellite providers, and television stations. Bill came to Cornerstone with an extensive sales, marketing, and sales management background. He has worked in the media industry for the last nineteen years, holding several executive-level positions with Starz Encore Group, a division of Liberty Media, and Showtime Networks, a division of Viacom.
